Can I master clay plaster quickly?

In just three or four hours a class can make you feel really confident. Beginning a project right away will cement everything you learn and give you a foundation to build on. Blending colors, textures and finishes as well as tuning up a plaster with additives and top coats is easy but takes time to experiment.

Should I hire a plasterer to install this?

Plasterers, drywall spacklers and masons… anyone who uses a trowel can apply the product and they learn quickly. The secret lies in understanding how clay behaves when wet, as it is drying and in how to compress, burnish and finish the clay. Often times, these artisans make great team members for a beginner.
